When can I book onto the clubs?
Clubs are available to book in blocks throughout the year. The blocks and dates are as follows:

Block 1: July to August
Block 2: November to December
Block 3: February to March

Please look out for both NOVUS and your schools communications.
What should my child bring to the club?
Please ensure your child brings a snack, a water bottle, and appropriate kit for the club activities.
Where can I find information about the club timings?
Please refer to your school’s ‘Booking Info’ page for specific club timings.
Do I need to register for the booking system?
Yes, all parents/carers are required to register with our new booking system to make bookings. This registration will provide you with easy access to your order history and various payment methods.
How can I get in touch with NOVUS for inquiries or to inform you that my child won’t be attending a club?
For all inquiries or to inform us of your child’s absence, please email us directly at [email protected].

If you’re running late for collection or in case of any emergencies please call the school office directly with your estimated time of arrival (ETA).

If your child is with us for more than 10 minutes after collection, we will call your nominated emergency contact number.
What is the refund policy for club sessions?
In the highly unlikely event that NOVUS cancels a club session and cannot accommodate your child, we will provide a refund for that session.

However, please note that no refunds are given for any reasons, including illness, absence, or cancellation of places, once places are confirmed and paid.
Do you accept childcare voucher schemes?
Please note that we do not accept childcare voucher schemes for any of our clubs or programmes.



Do I need to fill out any forms for the school booking, and where can I find them?
Yes, we kindly request that you fill in our new Medical & Consent forms. If you do need to provide extra information, there is a comments box at the bottom so please let us know any relevant or key information. These can be found at the bottom of your School Booking Info page on the NOVUS website
